You can explore account usage as a Flex account user, or Enterprise account user with the appropriate permission.

Navigate to Account Usage page to see Q/A usage, summarization and ingestion token usage for a given time range. Currently, the maximum time range is 30 days. You will receieve a detailed usage breakdown in the form of an invoice.
